These terms govern your use of verlinnaturals.com and any order you place with Verlin Naturals. By placing an order you accept them. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who we are

Verlin Naturals sells natural skincare and haircare products in Kenya.

2. Orders

Adding items to your cart does not reserve them. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if we cannot verify payment, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we cannot deliver to your location. Where we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.

Please check your order details before confirming. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately on 0718 218 217 and we will correct it if the order has not yet been dispatched.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm.

We accept M-Pesa. Payment is made to:

  • Paybill: 247247
  • Account number: 841441

Use your order number as the reference where possible, and keep the M-Pesa confirmation message. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed against the order. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after 48 hours.

We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines, areas and charges are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather and public disruption.

You are responsible for giving accurate delivery details. Where a delivery fails because the address or phone number was wrong, or nobody was available to receive it, a redelivery charge may apply.

5. Returns and refunds

Your rights to return items and receive refunds are set out on our Refund & Returns Policy page, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other applicable Kenyan law.

6. Product information and skin safety

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colours on screen and small batch variations in natural ingredients mean products may differ slightly in appearance from photographs.

Our products are cosmetics. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Information on this website, including articles on our blog, is general information and not medical advice.

You are responsible for checking the ingredient list before use and for patch-testing a new product before applying it more widely. Stop using any product that causes stinging, burning, a rash or other irritation, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or being treated for a skin condition, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

7. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this website to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to extract data by automated means without our permission, or to post content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights. Reviews and comments you submit must be your genuine opinion and your own experience.

9. Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design on this website belong to Verlin Naturals or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website or our products. Where we are liable, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. We handle personal data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2019.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when we last made changes.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute. If something has gone wrong, please contact us first on 0718 218 217 or buy@verlinnaturals.com. Most problems are quicker to resolve directly.
